Sup turns fediverse DMs into real chats, and adds a faster private lane when the people you're talking to use Sup too.
Sign in with the account you have
Type your handle, approve Sup on your own server, done. Your identity, your followers and your posts stay where they are. Sup never sees your password.
DMs and group chats, across servers
Message anyone on the fediverse, whatever app they use. Start a group with people on Mastodon, Pixelfed and Loops and keep it all in one thread, with names, photos and replies where you'd expect them.
Private on Sup
When you and the person you're talking to both use Sup, switch the chat to skip federation. You get typing, read receipts and faster delivery, and your server doesn't see those messages. Do it per chat, or turn it on for every chat it can.

See who's around, when they're typing, and when your message landed. Between Sup users these work everywhere. Over plain federation, Sup only says what it actually knows: "Sent".
GIFs, stickers and reactions
A GIF panel that slides up where your keyboard was, with search, trending and recents. Searches go through Sup Server, so Klipy, our GIF provider, never sees your IP address or account.
Voice and video calls
Call anyone who's on Sup straight from your chat, one tap from the conversation. Calls are never recorded.
Vanishing mode
For the chats that don't need to stick around. Turn on Vanishing mode in a Sup chat and messages are deleted from our servers 24 hours after they're sent. Other Sup chats are kept for a year.
Your blocks come with you
Sup respects the moderation you and your server already set up. People you've blocked stay blocked, and servers your admins have blocked stay out, even in Private on Sup chats.
